By ordering with rubysgels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read before making your purchase.
• All sets are handmade based on the design length & shape you provide. Once ordered, no changes can be made to your order.
• Processing time: orders are processed from anywhere between 2-8 days after you order. Processing time may vary.
• Shipping: once shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages. Tracking information will be provided once I fulfill your order through the contact you add to your order.
• Sizing: it is the customers responsibility to size their nails properly. I am not responsible for incorrect sizing. Sizing kits are available to purchase before ordering to ensure the most accurate sizes. Other options for sizing can be found on the “sizing guide” page.
• Returns and refunds: all sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds. This includes cancellations after your orders and orders with incorrect sizing information.
If your order arrives incorrect please contact me as soon as possible with clear photos.

• Due to all my press on nail sets being handmade, I do not offer refunds.
• Please ensure all sizes, styles and preferences are correct before confirming your order.
• If your package arrives damaged or incorrect please contact me within 3 days of delivery via instagram or email: @rubysgels @rubysgels@gmail.com with clear photos of your item and packaging.
• UK Shipping all orders are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked. Their delivery aim is 2-3 working days after order fufillment. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You are expected to pay for shipping on all orders.

If your parcel is returned to me due to an address issue, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
All packages are shipped in bubble mailers, with nails secured in a case to avoid damage.
I will always keep proof of postage and tracking information for every order.
Sizing
• It is the customers responsibility to provide correct nail sizes when placing an order.
•I am not responsible for press on nails that do not fit due to incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
• Please read the “sizing guide” page before placing an order to size your nails properly.
• I offer standard nail sizes (eg, XS S M L XL), but sizing may differ for your nails. If your nails do not match the standard sizing, you can add your correct measurements in the “order special instructions box” in your cart.
